Permits & Structural Framing - This is for the DIY’ers and Real Estate Developers out there. We offer a service that allows you to act as the GC on your project. We provide the structural drawings and pull the permit for the framing. We build the new structure, make it safe and have it inspected by the building department. Then we turn the project over to you to complete. If you’re a handyman and it’s your own home you can do a lot of the finish work yourself, like hanging drywall, installing molding and doors, and painting. Acting as your own GC can be stressful and is too much for most people, but for those with the will and the knowledge to complete the project it can save you thousands.
