Bill Ladd, Owner & General Manager
Bill attended Merrimack College where he majored in small business management. Bill has spent his whole life around construction. He got his work ethic from his father Ralph who continues to run a profitable plumbing business, and he picked up his love for engineering and construction from his grandfather William Holland, an engineer at Harvard. Bill started out his construction career as a real estate developer, purchasing distressed properties and then building in value through additions and gut remodels. The renovated properties drew attention from the neighbors and soon those people were asking Bill to remodel or add on to their own homes. Bill soon discovered that he really enjoyed collaborating with his customers, and ultimately switched to contracting full time because it was more rewarding. Bill’s creativity, integrity and warm personality are the driving force behind ProBuilt.

Maico Jacinto
Project Manager
Maico has 20 years of experience in construction with a specialty in custom finish carpentry. Maico has worked for the Ladd’s since their real estate days and has made some truly unique builds, including sliding island tops, a custom bath vanity using an old galvanized tub, couch tables from repurposed 200 year old flooring, a crescent shaped draftsman’s desk out of barn wood, a built in sectional with hidden storage, not to mention custom cabinets and trim.

Carlos Valentim
Project Manager
Carlos has 25 years of experience in a variety of construction disciplines. As a result, Carlos is equally comfortable framing a deck, wiring lights, or tiling a backsplash. Carlos is a problem solver who loves to try new things and learn new skills and techniques. Some of his most impressive work has come in the form of custom concrete countertops. Carlos is truly our Jack of all trades!

Project Manager
Armando is the elder statesman of our construction team. He has run his own construction company and has done everything from new construction home building to decks. He has a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency. He’s seen it all and brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Liam Ladd
Carpenter's Apprentice
Liam has 1 year of experience as a carpenter’s apprentice. Liam loves the physical side of the construction business; building a wall, installing a floor, hanging drywall. Liam is also a talented hockey player.
Jason Donaher
Carpenter's Apprentice
Jason has 2 years of experience as a carpenter’s apprentice. He’s eager to learn and has an honest appreciation for a job well done. Jason also has a passion for photography.
Andrew Ladd
Carpenter's Apprentice
Andrew in his first year in the construction industry. He has a curious mind and an engaging personality. He’s a hard worker who’s always willing to lend a hand. Andrew also loves hockey and is a talented goaltender.
