PRO DECKS

Sharon Deck

This beautiful deck in Shaon was built over a sunroom. The homeowner chose Timbertech Weather Teak as the color for the decking and we installed a double center border for a clean finish with no end-to end joints. We also installed aluminum and steel cable rails to make the deck feel completely open giving you a great view of the pool!

Dover Deck Replacement

This was a really fun project. We removed the old, dated deck and built a much larger composite deck. Some of the upgrades here include a drink rail around the deck, solar post caps, a double picture frame pattern in the decking and best of all, a waterproof roof underneath the deck to create a dry, shaded, usable patio space underneath.

Cost $48,000

Wayland Screened Deck & Pergola

This customer wanted a new deck that could be screened in, but they felt a full roof would be too dark, so we came up with a custom solution and built a screened pergola. There are removable screen panels in between the pergola rafters. The result is a nice mix of sun and shade, lots of fresh air, and a great view of the yard and woods without any pesky bugs!

Cost $53,000

Milton Cedar Deck

Not many customers want to install build wood decks nowadays but this customer in Milton knew exactly what they wanted. This red cedar deck has a great warm feeling and absolutely shines in the sun. Copper post caps that light up at night and hidden fasteners in the decking give this classic look a modern touch.

Medway Screened Porch

For this project we removed the original (but rotting) screened porch and built a larger one in its place. Our goal was to make the new porch look like it was always there so we copied the roof rakes and soffit details exactly. On the inside we used composite decking and railings to ensure this one would last.

Natick Deck Renovation.

This deck had sagging footings and a rotted structure. We demo'd the old deck, rebuilt the footings with wider bases, rebuilt the deck with new pressure-treated framing, and finished it off with composite decking and PVC railings.

Cost $18,000

Needham Deck Renovation.

This house had an 80's style aluminum sunroom on the back of the house and water was getting trapped underneath by the siding so the whole thing was rotting and needed to be replaced.

We rebuilt the deck the full width of the house and installed a privacy panel at one end. This house also had a professionally manicured lawn so we took extra care to make sure we protected the plants.

Needham Deck Renovation.

This deck had sagging footings and a rotted structure. We demo'd the old deck, rebuilt the footings with wider bases, rebuilt the deck with new pressure-treated framing, and finished it off with composite decking and PVC railings.

Brookline Roof Deck Installation.

This porch had a new roof and they wanted a roof deck installed that would not pierce the new rubber roof. After consulting with the building inspector, our solution was to force-block the posts to add the required stability. The result was a beautiful, safe deck with no damage to the new roof.

Cost $15,000

Canton Deck Renovation.

This customer wanted new rails around their pressure treated deck but as we started working we discovered the stairs were rotten and needed to be rebuilt and several boards needed to be replaced. We finished the railings off with solar post caps on every post, and gates to keep the kids contained.

Cost $9,000

Sharon Deck Renovation.

We removed the old pressure treated deck and failing patio and built a much wider deck to allow for grilling and eating.

Sharon Deck Renovation.

We installed a new deck where there was just a small landing outside an existing door. We needed to make a special trap door for access to the bulkhead. What you can see in the picture are stairs that allow you to walk from the deck right down into the basement.

Westwood Deck

This deck had some environmental challenges. The property runs up against wetlands so we needed to install silt waddles to makes sure dirt didn't run off the property into the wetlands and we had to tweak the layout to make sure it fit within the setback requirements. Ultimately, the customer got exactly what they wanted: a large, low open deck at ground level for entertaining and a small upper deck for food prep.
